Welcome to our blog!

Hello everyone, my name is Clara Catani and I am the teacher at 1st intermediate at IPS Anexo Granadero Baigorria. I have been a teacher at IPS for five years and I love working here!

I love teaching and traveling. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music and watching TV series. 

Our school is near Rosario, in Granadero Baigorria. 
It is small and quiet. I hope you can visit us someday! In our class, there are thirteen students and we have English lessons on Friday.  They work really in every lesson.

Joaquin's Introduction

Hi, my name is Joaquin and I am thirteen years old. I live in Granadero Baigorria with my parents, my aunt, my grandma, and my little brother. He is six years old and his name is Liam.
I go to Politecnico High School. It is difficult, but it isn´t impossible. My favourite subject is art because I am very creative.

At the weekend, I play computer games and I go to the park with my friends. I always have fun with them.

My ambition is to work in Studios Pixar. I want to make films.

Sofia's Introduction

Hello, my name is Sofia Aguirre. I was born on October 23, 2005. I’m 13 years old.

I live with my mother, Danisa, my dad, Nicolas, and my brother, Ciro. I love them.

Every morning I go to Instituto Politécnico Superior “Gral San Martín” (I.P.S.). It’s a technical school. Teachers are good and my new classmates are so friendly.

My favorite subjects are Physics and Mathematics.

After school, I go to the Paganini Alumni club on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Also, I am also doing aerial silk in the Sorrento Open club.

I like to sing and dance with my friends.

When I grow up I want to be an engineer. I’m not sure if a chemical or construction engineer. What do you want to be?

Rocio's Introduction

My personal profile My name is Rocío. I live with my parents, Elisa and Alejandro, and my sister, Julieta. I live in Granadero Baigorria. I´m lazy at the weekend, I like to watch movies.

 Every morning I go to school by car. The name of the school is “Instituto Politécnico Superior”, is a technical school. I’m in first year. Dancing is important to me. My favourite dancer is Mackenzie Ziegler, she dances beautifully. I’m also interested in music. I would like to lay the guitar well, but I don’t have time to take guitar lessons. I want to be a dancer. I really enjoy dancing. I want to be similar to Paloma Herrera, she dances very well.

Hello!I'm Lautaro.I'm 13 years old. In my house, we are 3, my dad, my mom and me. I live in a house in Rosario.

I go to school every morning. The name of the school is IPS. I have a lot of friends. My best friends are Juanma, Ciro and Marvin. 

My favourite subjects are Language and Technical Drawing.

I play basketball and I also play football and chess. I'm keen on the cube of Rubik. I play video games in my free time too.

I want to be an architect and I want to be a basketball player. I like the idea of being an architect because I'm very creative.

                   She sometimes is different from me , but we are very good siblings. My mother is a psychologist and my father is a monitor camera in a casino.
                   I go with my friends to the IPS, a big school in Rosario. My favourites subjects are History and Physical. We hate technical drawing.
                   At the weekend I read horror stories and play videogames, but I'm not good. I hate reggaeton but I like rap battles.

Blas's Introduction

My name Is Blas and I'm thirteen years old. I'm from Argentina. I go to secondary school, his name Is Politécnico. My favourite subject is maths because it is very easy for me. I have once brother, his name is Nicanor. I have hoy a dog, its name Is Camila.

Every week day I hey yo at 6:50 AM. I start school at 7:30 and I finish at 5:10 PM, later I do my homework.

Meet 1st Intermediate IPS Rosario

Hello everyone!

My name is Carla Raguseo. I'm the 1st Intermediate (1º/4º) teacher at IPS Rosario. I've been 

teaching at this school for nine years. I really like working here since all my students are really curious and hardworking and they are always happy to learn new things.

During the following months we will be communicating and sharing class projects online. This blog will be our "extended classroom", a shared space to keep learning through English.  Your teacher, María Clara, and I will be working together to help you make the most of this experience. My name is Pilar and I have a big family: I have two sisters and a brother, but I don' t have a pet. We live with my parents in Rosario. My house is small so I share my bedroom with my sister. I am keen on volleyball and I spend a lot of time on it because I practice every day. On Saturday I always have volleyball matches, too. I want to study at Instituto Politécnico because I am looking forward to becoming a famous scientist. I don't have a favourite subject but I am good at maths.

I am Facundo. I'm thirteen years old. I have a big family. My dad is forty-two years old, he is a cameraman. My mom is forty-two years old, she is a kindergarten teacher. And my sister is ten years old.

I am Iris. I am fourteen years old. I live in a big flat with my family (my mum, dad and brother) My mum works in a school and my dad works in a bank. My house has got four bedrooms, three bathrooms, one living room and one kitchen.

My name is María and I study at I.P.S. I like playing tennis. It's my favourite sport but my

hobby is drawing, I love drawing in my free time and listen to music when I do it. That inspires me. 

I have twelve subjects this year at school but my favourite subjects are maths and history. I like my school because we have a C.E.P (student center). The C.E.P helps all students with their problems and questions. I think my school is great because you don't have to pay to study here and is a very good school!.

My name si Ignacio. I live with my mother, my dad and my dog Lola in Funes. I study at Instituto Politécnico Superior. My parents are architects. I love maths and geography. I play basketball with my friends at the club.

Last year, I went to Europe. It’s very nice. I visited Spain, England and France. My birthday is in August. I have two cousins, Lucia and Victoria. Lucia likes music and Victoria likes sports they are very different. I spend part of my time at school and a club.
